The Mobile Market is open from 11:30pm-12:30pm usually on the third Saturday of every month

All in need are welcome

Anyone in need of nutritious food is welcome; there is no eligibility criteria to participate

Variety of nutritious foods

Assorted fresh, frozen and canned goods are available, with rotating selection each month

In MHSA's parking lot

The Mobile Market takes place in MHSA's Main Office parking lot  at 50 Prospect Street, Waltham

About

About the program

Based on successful mobile food programs operating elsewhere in Massachusetts, the Mobile Market was created in September, 2015, through a partnership between MHSA, The Greater Boston Food Bank and Eastern States Insurance.  Staffed by volunteers from Waltham and surrounding communities, the Mobile Market provides provide free, nutritious food to the public once each month. The Market is held in the MHSA and Eastern States Insurance parking lot located at 50 Prospect Street in Waltham.
 
There are no eligibility requirements to participate in the Mobile Market, which serves a diverse selection of fresh produce and dairy products, as well as frozen soup and high-protein items, free of charge.
